Keep the accommodation clean and tidy;
Comply with applicable UK laws and regulations;
Report reasonable property issues to us promptly.
- Prohibited Conduct
When using the accommodation and related services, the following are prohibited:
Engaging in illegal activities;
Subletting or assigning the accommodation without authorization;
Intentionally damaging the property, furniture, or facilities;
Disturbing other residents’ normal living conditions;
Making threats, harassing, or otherwise seriously disruptive acts;
Using the accommodation for commercial purposes without permission;
Entering the private space of other residents without authorization;
Providing false or misleading application information;
Attempting to circumvent payment or tenancy requirements;

- Property Maintenance and Scope of Services

Liability for damage caused by the tenant’s intentional misconduct, negligence, improper use, or breach of the Tenancy Agreement will be determined in accordance with the Tenancy Agreement and applicable law.
